(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  Sections 2(a) and (g), 5, 10(a), 11, 13, 15, 16 and 19(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 15 October 2021.
