Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Commission (Pension) Regulations.
Pension payable to Chairman
2.—(1)  The pension payable to the Chairman of the Public Service Commission shall be in accordance with the provisions applicable to Ministers as contained in the Parliamentary Pensions Act (Cap. 219).
(2)  The computation of such pension shall be based on the salary of the Chairman of the Public Service Commission and shall take into account all his service, including acting service.
