Accountants (Public Accountants)
(Amendment No. 3) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Accountants Act, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Accountants (Public Accountants) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 3 January 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Accountants (Public Accountants) Rules (R 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:

“8A.	For lodging an application to maintain an alternate address under section 12C of the Act

$40”.
