Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2023.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 28 February 2022.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 21 December 2018.

(4) Paragraph 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 December 2021.

(5) Paragraph 2(d) is deemed to have come into operation on 3 January 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016), in the Schedule —

(a)

delete items 67 and 68;

(b)

delete item 96;

(c)

in item 165, replace “(Lakeside)” with “(Jurong Spring)”; and

(d)

after item 198, insert —

“199. Montessori Seniors @ Tanglin”.
