In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 15 September 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3), in the First Schedule, replace item (1) with —
 
“(1)  Tanjong Pagar Terminal and Keppel Terminal
 
  All that area occupied by “TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 1,778,048 square metres and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour.
 
  The boundary commences at the westernmost corner of “TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL — FREE TRADE ZONE” at a point 27,288.561 metres North and 26,954.409 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
