(Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 shall, with the exception of sections 2(i), (j) and (k), 4, 5, 14, 15 and 16, come into operation on 1st December 2012.
