Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas)
(Amendment) Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 13 May 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3), in the First Schedule, replace item (6) with —

“(6) Brani Terminal

All that area occupied by “BRANI TERMINAL — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 834,795 square meters and bounded by Keppel Channel and Selat Sengkir.

The boundary commences at the northwestern-most corner of BRANI TERMINAL — FREE TRADE ZONE” at a point 27,282.754 meters North and 26,954.037 meters East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
