Air Navigation (Exemption) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29E of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Exemption) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 19 June 2015.

Exemption

2. Paragraph 55A(1) of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) does not apply to the Republic of Singapore Air Force in respect of the exhibitions of flying at the following organised events:

(a)	the National Day Parade combined rehearsals on 20 and 27 June 2015 and 4, 11, 18 and 25 July 2015, respectively;
(b)	the National Day Parade Preview on 1 August 2015;
(c)	the event known as BK@SG50 on 7, 8 and 9 August 2015, respectively;
(d)	the National Day Parade on 9 August 2015.
