(Revocation) Rules 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A(4)(b) of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, the Central Provident Fund Board makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Central Provident Fund (Disciplinary Proceedings) (Revocation) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 1 June 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Central Provident Fund (Disciplinary Proceedings) Rules (R 4).
