| 1. This Order may be cited as the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Exemption of Licensed Pawnbrokers) Order. |

| 2. The provisions of the Act shall not apply to a secondhand goods dealer who holds a valid licence granted under section 8(1) of the Pawnbrokers Act (Cap. 222). [G.N. No. S 554/2007] |
