The Minister for Community Development and Sports has appointed —

(a)	the Director of Social Welfare to be the Commissioner for the Maintenance of Parents;
(b)	the Deputy Director of Family and Child Protection and Welfare Branch to be the Deputy Commissioner for the Maintenance of Parents; and
(c)	the Assistant Directors of the Family and Child Protection and Welfare Branch to be the Assistant Commissioners for the Maintenance of Parents [G.N. No. S 265/2000]
