The Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)	the Assistant Director Operations (Licensing), Police Headquarters, to be the Controller of Martial Arts; and
(b)	a Management Support Officer, Martial Arts Control Unit, Police Headquarters, to be an Assistant Controller of Martial Arts,

for the purposes of the Act.
