Citation

1. This Notification is the Estate Duty Exemptions — Asian Dollar Bonds — (Consolidation) Notification.

Approval

2. The Minister for Finance has approved the following Asian Dollar Bonds for exemption from estate duty:

(a)	The Kao Corporation U.S. $300,000,000 4¾ per cent. Notes 1994 with Warrants.
(b)	The Province of Nova Scotia U.S. $500,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 1999.
(c)	The Shandong International Trust & Investment Corporation U.S. $130,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2001.
(d)	The P.T. Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Persero) US$59,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 1999.
(a)	The Toyota Motor Credit Corporation US$750,000,000 6.125 per cent Notes due 2000.
(a)	The P.T. Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Persero) US$159,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 1999.
(a)	The SMC CORPORATION US$300,000,000 2 ⅜ per cent Notes due 2000.
